Through adaptability, determination, and a clear vision of the end goal, R&M embarked on the project for the University of Houston Alumni Center. This specific project came with various challenges, including sloped rooftops and the absence of nearby adjacent structures to capture a visual reference of the rooftop. By leveraging drone technology and creative problem- solving, R&M successfully completed this project in just about a month.

Greentown Labs is Houston's first ever climatech incubator to promote mission climate action, community collaboration, and entrepreneurial partnership. In 2020, the build of Houston's second Greentown Lab location began, and R&Ms role on this project was demonstrated through unique and project specific paints and wallcoverings. We are proud to say we were a contributing factor for this vision coming to life.

Originally built in 1974, this cherished community hub has undergone a major transformation to better serve future generations. Our team contributed custom digital wallcoverings, distinctive finishes, and expert painting—infusing the space with fresh energy and character. We’re honored to help create a vibrant, welcoming destination for the entire community.

Hanover Buffalo Bayou is a striking 24-story residential tower redefining luxury in the heart of Houston. R&M proudly contributed premium finishes to its amenity spaces, enhancing the project's modern elegance. At R&M, no project is too big or too small.

R&M Services assisted in multiple interior construction and finishing scopes for Motiva Enterprises, including two internal staircases and a grand staircase featuring a two-floor waterfall element. Our team delivered high-quality finishes and coordinated premium lighting details while maintaining a strict project timeline and budget. Additional work included executive floor remodels, a reception and conference center, and specialized wellness facilities.

At 1001 McKinney, R&M Services helped bring a large-scale lobby mural to life in a new way by converting the original artwork into custom digital wallcovering. Working closely with the project team, we ensured the integrity, scale, and detail of the artwork were preserved while creating a durable solution suited for a high-traffic environment.
